Make time for yourself you are important.

Sometimes in life we just need hugs…..no words, no advice , just a hug to make us feel that we are important .

Mental health is the state of well-being in which every individual realizes his or her potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life , can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make the contribution to his or her community.

Mental health can effect daily life, relationships and even physical health. Mental health also include the person’s ability to enjoy life how he or she wants to live his or her life. Mental health is the way to think or make decisions about yourself it is the one’s feeling and thinking that how he see the world how he wants to be in this world. 

We often confuse mental health with mental illness people in our society don’t understand that there exist a very dangerous disease like mental illness.

Today even in this era our parents think that by fulfilling their children’s regular needs clothes food education they have done everything but they don’t know that in this social race and in this tough educational system our children are losing their mental growth. They have the power of identifying that who they are where they meant to be? What is their interest? and this cause depression and mental illness which kill the creativity of the child. Parents don’t understand that they have to work on their children mental capacity they should talk to them that what they want what they are going through but how can we tell them because if you want to express your feelings what you feel right now u cannot explain to anybody because in this busy era no one is free to take out time for you . You have to understand yourself first that who you are? Where u belong?

There are also some biological factors which are included in mental illness which include some abnormal functioning of nerve cells or circuits or pathways that connect particular brain region. Expose to poor nutrition and some other issues can lead to effect mental health.

In the end ,this issue is being discussed on social media very widely but nobody is taking any action to make sessions in school, colleges or universities to know from what mental conditions our youth is going through Government should organize seminars to make people aware about mental health and to show the difference between mental illness and other diseases.
